Welcome to MOTUS Performance Therapy

In 2016 Dr. Griffith completed the performance therapy program at ALTIS (formerly the World Athletic Center) – which is home to many track and field Olympic trainees.  Following the concept of the Athlete-Coach-Therapist triad taught by Dan Pfaff and Dr. Gerry Ramogida, Dr. Griffith’s training focused on the collaborative processes of the athlete, coach, and therapist in performance therapy.   This ongoing collaboration works to optimize function by integrating manual therapeutic intervention into the athlete’s sporting movement practice, which results in performance improvement and injury reduction by focusing on and affecting technical and mechanical proficiency.
